How to Install Themes in Ubuntu 18.04 GNOME Desktop

Since Ubuntu 17.10 has changed the default desktop environment to GNOME, it is slightly different to change the themes in the new version. That's the reason why I am creating a new video on how to install themes in Ubuntu 17.10 and Ubuntu 18.04. ......................................
